I am a results driven change agent commanding more than 20 years of experience in project management, grant administration, and managing funding streams upwards of 14.9 million dollars. I am a resourceful and proactive professional, providing a track record of consistent achievement. Cost- conscience and quality driven project manager recognized for leading and motivating teams to accomplish common goals.

I have led and supported a number of short and long term projects, like Indiana Access to Recovery, Indiana Black Barbershop Health Initiative, Midwest Reentry and Employment Network, Gary Downtown Emerson Spotlight, and Color it Real. I have served on the advisory boards for The Crossroads YMCA, Steel City Salvage, The City of Gary Comprehensive Plan, NAMI and Indiana University’s’ Center for Regional Excellence. I utilize collective impact strategies to assist public, private and nonprofit entities to capitalize on community resources in support of organizational outcomes.

I am a mother of a teenage boy and enjoys influencing change in my community using change management principles.
